Shipping & Delivery: All items are FOB our factory. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to receive credit card verification before shipping even though enhanced shipping methods may be selected. Generally, orders received before 12PM PST will be shipped the same day.
Privacy & Security: Alpine Echo does not retain any credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize Net and no sensitive information is available to Alpine Echo. Alpine Echo has not, will not collect email addresses for sale or use other than communicating with customers directly regarding order status.
Returns & Replacements: Alpine Echo guarantees its products for use for 90 days from the date of purchase when used within the parameters stated for temperature, pressure. Not guarantee is offered for any corrosion issues of any kind. Customer pays freight to Alpine Echo for any returned items deemed defective by Alpine Echo. Alpine Echo pays freight for replacement item.
